Q: What services do you provide?
A: We are a niche provider of fully furnished and self-serviced accommodation for newcomers who are here on work-assignment via one of our Corporate Clients (e.g. TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, SATYAM, SAP etc). We also work with individuals/ groups and families travelling or migrating to Australia and looking for a short-medium term accommodation for No requirement is either big or small for us. Whether you're an individual looking for shared accommodation or a Corporate Client who is looking for multiple apartments or hotel bookings, we can help you with all your needs

Q: What do I need to do to have an accommodation for me ready before I land in Sydney?
A: We would, at first, request you to fill the enquiry form on this website, with as much details available with you like the date of arrival, place of work, people travelling with you etc. Once our team has the details we will kick-start the process and get in touch with you within 24-48 hours.
Q: How soon would you be able to arrange the accommodation for me? When should we get in touch with you?
A: ChChances are that we already have an apartment to your liking which would be ready to move in at your request. If not - our team shall individually work on your specific requirement. Generally the end-to-end process does not take more than 2-3 weeks time. For urgent requests, we suggest that you get in touch with us as early as possible.
Q: What information do you need from me?
A: For employees of our existing corporate clients, we prefer that you channel your accommodation request through your company representative. If you’ve previously stayed with us, please feel free to write to us directly.
For all new clients, our booking / check-in process is similar to that of any standard international hotel. We’ll need your photo-id along with credit card details
Q: What additional services can you provide to a newcomer to Sydney?
A: We also provide airport pick-up and drop-off service. However we would soon be including an entire umbrella of services for the newcomer in Australia ranging from getting them well-versed to the Australian way of life, educating them about the day –to-day living in Australia, advising on the best deals they can get for their daily essentials, organizing get-togethers for social and professional networking etc.
Q: Can we “rent” long term apartments from you?
A: Newcomers Australia is focussed on “Self Serviced Furnished Accommodation”. While we welcome long term stays, very rarely do we “Rent” our apartments out. We provide you with assistance to find a suitable long term rental accommodation; some of our previous guests have made use of our referral networks to quickly rent an apartment suited to their long term needs.
Q: How much would you charge for providing accommodation?
A: Booking rates vary per property, time of the year and corporate arrangement. Most of our apartments are let out on a “per week” rate. Minimum booking durations apply. Please contact us directly for a rate quote.
Q: Why should we use your services and not of the other agencies in the market?
A : At Newcomers, we pride ourselves in the customized services we provide to our valued clients. At no point do we suggest that you do not interact or deal with other competing agencies. We prefer to operate on an open competition mode, wherein we get you as a customer only by providing a superior property and associated service. While our model of operation is a bit different to other agencies, we do need you to sign an agreement (similar to hotel stays) before moving into any of our properties.
Q: How can we view the current properties available?
A: We do not advertise our properties on the open market. A short-list portfolio of properties (digital PDF file with images and property description) meeting your specific demand is sent to you with a detailed set of booking instructions on enquiry.
Q: What is the preferred payment model when taking an apartment through you?
A: Payments for stays are always made in advance. Individual agreements differ for our existing corporate customers. We seldom accept cash. It’s our preference that payment is made directly onto our Bank Account. We accept all international credit cards and bank card payments. We quote GST separately and all quotes are in Australian Dollars. Early cancellation charges and late payment fees apply
