Newcomers Australia is an initiative from Innovative Ventures International Pty Ltd, headquartered in Sydney, Australia. We specialize in short (minimum 1 week) –medium (6 – 12 months) term accommodation services for corporate clients. These secure apartments are tailored to the individual needs of the residents and are conveniently located with easy access to shopping centres, public transport, local shops, cafes, place of work. Providing a safe, structured and cost-competitive service, we strongly strive to provide our customers not just a place to live, but an environment which builds a sense of belonging and attachment to the local 'way of life'.

Why Newcomers?

The core management team has had the unique opportunity to have studied, lived & worked in both India & Australia; as such they understand and can closely relate to each individual which makes a transition between the two countries. Based on their experience and challenges, they felt the need to develop a service which takes away the "worries" from the newcomer, enabling them to concentrate on the primary purpose of their stay in Australia.

The company's strategic theme is to:

• Provide a safe, secure, cost-effective place for boarding which meets the individuals specific needs: An alternative to Hotels, Serviced Apartments or unorganized shared housing services.

• Provide a homely and professional environment: Newcomers usually experience feelings of chaos, excitement and emotional turmoil at the same time. We know and understand how lonely they can feel living in an area where there are no families or friends.

• Settlement  Services: While a corporate orientation program provides basic orientation service, we understand that individuals have far bigger settlement needs. We put-in extra effort to ensure that you are well-settled, are comfortable in the area of living, know of the do’s and don'ts, and have a local point of reference to help them in the initial few days.
